Like you really needed a good excuse to jet-off to London next year, the ENO brings edgy, sexyback with today's new season announcement for its 2013/14 season.
Highlights spread between ten new productions are many (a Calixto Bieito Fidelio, a Christopher Alden Fledermaus, Minghella's classic Butterfly and Philip Glass' zen Satyagraha), including a Terry Gilliam-directed Berlioz’s Benvenuto Cellini to follow his 2011 directorial debut of Berlioz's Damnation of Faust.
