Vittorio Grigolo and Roberta Armani
Earlier this week while OC was in Venice for Olivier Cavé & Bach, Vittorio Grigolo swung his swanky opera weight around Milan and was granted front row access at Giorgio Armani Men's Fall/Winter 2013-14 collections.
Grigolo and Armani have been buddies for a while -- in 2011, OC spotted the casually-dressed, glowing Italian fashion legend behind the curtains at Teatro alla Scala as he congratulated a sweaty Grigolo for a successful Roméo et Juliette.
Grigolo had arrived in Milan a couple days earlier for his Teatro alla Scala recital of bel canto and verismo tracks, apparently followed by a 45 minute bis (OC sadly wasn't there).
Armani throws his new collection runway shows at his massive, hybrid via Bergognone space in Milan's Tortona neighborhood, just across the street from Teatro alla Scala's Ansaldo complex.
Grigolo sat between witchy-haired Franca Sozzani, editor-in-chief of Vogue Italia (below in brown) and Ray Chen, the young American Taiwanese-Australian violinist.
