This was a sucky weekends for New York City Opera and its musicians. The AP reports that the latest troubles for the 68-year-old opera company, under GM and AD direction of George Steel since 2009, has gotten even more troublesome with a musician lock out.
The opera company's new season is set to open on February 12 with La Traviata although after this new development, there's no guarantee.
