Sarah B., the woman who knows everything about entertainment AND magazines and so much else, is all over the awesome Teen Vogue shoot at Renee Fleming's modest Upper West Side penthouse, where la Fleming's intensely adorable teenage daughter, Amelia Ross, set up a beautiful place to have tea with her friends (with a little help from a Met opera set designer).
