WWD reports that as of today, designer Scott Morrison, founder of Earnest Sewn (and of Paper Denim & Cloth) before it, genius of denim, fast-food nut, art collector, is out of Earnest Sewn, the company he created five years ago.
If you take your blue jeans as seriously as Opera Chic does -- and you should, it's your duty as an American if you're American -- this is really interesting -- even in this economy, I'm sure Scott has a plan ready to go. After Paper Denim & Cloth and Earnest Sewn we can certainly assume his new company will have at least an interesting name.
