Everybody here at the fashion shows in Milan is talking about the model who cried -- stone-faced except for her copious, ice-cold tears -- on Jil Sander's catwalk on Friday afternoon.
In honor of poor Auguste Abeliunaite aka Auguste Tomasuite (it depends on how Lithuanian her bosses want her to sound) Opera Chic has created this exklusive stencil that we encourage all our fashion-conscious readers to share (hi-res version available via email).
And remember, she cried for your sins.
This is the saddest model in the world.

I feel bad for this kid, obviously someone was super mean to her backstage. They're almost children, aren't they.

it's a publicity stunt.. if you cry for real, your nose becomes red and tears never fall that way - so symmetrically down the middle of the cheeks..

LOL stunning. *shakes head*
Gonna have to disagree there, but yeah those are not real. I think it's pretty clear that it's fake. If it was real, she'd be crying because her hair is pulled too tight.

IMO...They are COMPLETELY staged. Have you ever seen tears so perfect and stylized? They appear to be solid crystalized globs applied to her face. The whole thing got all the "publicity" it was supposed to.

Its a statement by Raf Simons. The atelier is relocating to Italy. The patternmakers, tailors and seamstresses will out of work.
